If you wish to establish a monthly account, speak to the reception staff. We reserve the right to request a credit check and it is agreed that you undertake to pay the account in full on or before the due date. If an account remains unpaid after 3 months, then it may be placed in the hands of a debt collection agency and that all costs related to debt collection will be passed on to you.
If you have difficulty meeting your medical costs, please speak to your doctor, the receptionist, or to the Practice Manager. There are a number of ways to help you meet your payments, examples being to establish an automatic payment, apply for a Community Services Card, or a High Use Health Card, or by assisting you to apply for a Disability Allowance if eligible.
