We're really pleased to welcome Inge and Sally into our Medical Centre. Both are local doctors trained in family medicine and have interests in womens health and childrens health. We can expand our services and re-open Saturday morning clinics.

SATURDAY MORNING CLINICS 9AM - 12 NOON
FROM 19 JUNE 2010

No appointments, a walk-in service staffed by experienced local GP's.
We want to provide an alternative to that trip down Lake Road for non-routine, or urgent medical problems.
(please note, we cannot do regular health-checks on Saturday mornings)   Email prescription requests   Questions, suggestions or comments are welcome.

Funding changes and subsidies that have been introduced in Primary Health over the past 3 to 4 years require people to be enrolled at only one medical practice at a time, in order to get a subsidy. This requires that you sign an enrolment form. The front desk staff manage these enrolment forms, and legally they have to be sure that they are enrolling NZ citizen or an eligible person, so may ask to see proof of citizenship, or eligibility if there is any doubt. You can print an Enrolment form (214kb) and complete it before you come to see us for the first time. Or if you have not been to see us for 3 years, you can print a re-enrolment form , and send it, or bring it, in to us.
