Complaints If you think we've let you down, done something wrong, mislead you, or charged you too much, please let us know because if somethings gone wrong, we want to put it right and make sure it doesn't happen again. This might not happen if we don't know.

Many problems can be dealt with by talking it through with us. While all complaints are serious, if every grumble is sent in to official bodies, it takes them longer to process the most important ones.   So what to do? You can speak to your doctor, one of the other doctors, or one of the nurses, and confidentiality will be observed.   Still unhappy? Ask to speak with the practice manager, Mrs Jacky Copp.

If you need help talking with the doctor, nurse, or practice manager, take a friend or relative with you. Or it might be easier to write a letter explaining the problem.   You're still unhappy? What sort of problem is it?
