Influenza Vaccine - March to July

Simply the best way to boost your immune system

Free for people over 65 years, for pregnant women, and for people of all ages with heart disease, asthma requiring preventer therapy, cancer (other than skin cancer), and other disorders affecting immune response.
Immunising children from 12 months is safe and shown to greatly reduce influenza in the community.
Phone 445 3483 and ask for a nurse appointment for a flu vaccine

SATURDAY MORNING CLINICS

9:30AM - 12:30pm

Saturday morning clinics 9:00am to 12 noon, alternate between Anne Street and Devonport Family Medicine at 2 Fleet Street (opposite side of the supermarket carpark).
No appointments, a walk-in service staffed by experienced local GP's.
We want to provide an alternative to that trip down Lake Road for non-routine, or urgent medical problems.
(please note, we cannot do regular health-checks on Saturday mornings)

You can print an Enrolment form (214kb) and complete it before you come to see us for the first time.
Or if you have not been to see us for 3 years, you can print a re-enrolment form , and send it, or bring it, in to us.
